Poll: AT&T vs. Verizon vs. Sprint vs. T-Mobile …

July 19th, 2010

And it is time to vote!

Every other Monday here on our Nimbuzz USA blog we ask for your opinion about the hottest topics in mobile technology.

Today is not an exception and we have created a new poll to get your feedback about  which do you think is the best  wireless carrierin the US? Please vote now on the the side bar!

We figured that there is not a better way to find the “truth about coverage” than by asking YOU, cell phone users who have to deal with dropping calls and bad service on a daily basis. ;)

So no matter where you live around the US, give us your opinion, and help those looking  for a better service for them and their families.

After you vote, make sure to check the results from last week’s poll.

Verizon Droid – iPhone killer on the horizon?

October 20th, 2009

Verizon Droid

More Dos than Don’ts, that’s what Verizon’s first Android phone, the Verizon Droid, is about (video after the jump).

Verizon is about to unleash the iPhone killer in November this year. iPhone killer, really? Well, it remains to be seen, but any competition for Apple on the iPhone is something that will make the world a better place. The iPhone already rocks. If the Droid can rock harder, that rocks for all of us!

Manufactured by Motorola, early specs have been rumored to include a powerful OMAP3430 processor, 5 megapixel camera, slideout QWERTY keyboard and touch screen, running Android 2.0.

Verizon just launched the advertising campaign for the Droid. Check out the video directly aimed at Apple:
