As we promised, we wanted to have fun predicting some of what we think will happen this year around the online –  tech industry.

There are so many ideas going around, that we tried to come up with which we consider the most important ones.

Be aware, we are not fortune tellers , these are just geek’s predictions !

A new social network ? There are so many of them! But we are talking about something as big and influential as Facebook, Twitter and Youtube that will enter the market and spread like a bush fire.

Android’s wave will rise like a Tsunami ? We are not saying the iPhone will disappear, what we are saying is that now buying a smart-phone is going to be a much harder decision. Specifically, there are a lot expectations on the brand new Nexus One phone from Google. Features like Google’s Voice Keyboard integrated, Live Wallpaper, Google Voice number to the phone to make all calls and text messages have everyone talking about it.

Apple tablet: It is supposed to come out in March, and it will be so cool! Rumors say there are three distinct prototypes of the tablet, the screen will be 10.7 inches, it will run on iPhone OS, plus there will be two options: one 3G-enabled and one not, and yes, it will look a lot like the iPhone and iPod touch.

Mobile Music: Full song stream on selected apps such as Spotify.  Get ready to choose and enjoy all the music you want for free right on your phone.
