my nimbuzz is not working why? whenever I go to it it says it is not applicable at this time please check your internet connection. AND i do have unlimited texting.

Do you have a data plan with T-Mobile? Nimbuzz should be able to connect tot he internet on your mobile. Please check with them to make sure everything is in order.

Once you have a connection all should be fine.

Is there any way to use Nimbuzz without a data plan on the tap? Because like Anna, I have texting but my mom won’t buy the data plan.

You can use it over Wifi but the phone needs to support Wifi in this case. Nimbuzz will only work if it has a connection to the internet. T-Mobile offers cheap unlimited internet plans.

i recently got a tmobile tap and nimbuzz keeps saying “this application is unable to connect at this time. Please check your Internet connection”,just like Annas case and i do have an unlimted text plan! what to do ? and btw whats a dataplan? how do you know if u have one? help!

i have the T-mobile Tap and it has updated to the newest version of Nimbuzz this began about two weeks ago ive tried to create new profiles but i still get no luck unfortunately

@Pamela, a Data Plan allows you to surf the web, send and receive emails, instant message, etc. You have to have internet access in order to use the application, this is why Nimbuzz is telling you that its unable to connect. You can find out more about data plans on the T-Mobile website. I hope this helps.

My personal message on my tmobile tap still isnt appearing i just bought this phone 3weeks ago it was working at first than stopped after about a week and a half ive updated and even created new profiles ive tried to reinstall but it wont let me open the program. What’s wrong with my phone do i need to return it?

it keeps saying my screen name or password is invalid, but when i do it on my computer it works. i have unlimited texts, and internet, and im in a 3G area. what the heck?

sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with Nimbuzz on your TAP phone. Since is working on your PC, it should work fine on your mobile device as well. Just make sure you are not copying and pasting, and also make sure to erase all the spaces. If the problem persists please email support at: support [at] nimbuzz [dot] com

Well Im too in 3G network area, but for me Nimbuzz works fine , i am able to make calls and IM’s with unlimited SMS without any issue…

my gtalk logs on but my aim hasnt been logging on. it keeps showing that everyone is offline. i tried updating nb from the settings but it wont update. i dont know how to fix it.

hey, i got my TAP yesterday and i swear i dont have nimbuzz. i followed all the directions and it is simply not on my phone. i even tried downloading it from the website but the specific model was not listed. Any help is appreciated, thanks

ok, i go to Menu, tap messaging, and none of the options there say IM, i have eMail and Text options but no IM or Nimbuzz, i also checked in the applications folder/ java and still no dice.

I have a tmobile tap phone and when i got it nimbuzz was working fine and after a while my personal status message started showing up once in a while and now i cant sign on aim at all. This is such an inconvenience because i wasted money on a phone with an application that doesnt work. I truely regret getting this.

I bought my phone sometime in feb. So as of today my aim is working but i dont have all of my buddies on my list. When i sign on through the computer or my friend’s sidekick all of my buddies are there. Can you guys please look into that. I’m happy its working but i want my entire buddylist there.

Plz help me o got my TAP phonea month ago and Nimbuzz works good but every time when i wanna call someone on Skype it show ‘oops there is a unknown problem’ what to do then i can not see al my skype contacts there when i enter my skype profile in PC everything is ok and i can see al my contacts but in Mobile only 2 of them its awfull plz help me i dont what to do i dont receive calls either….Thanks

@Ashley You can find Nimbuzz on your TAP phone by going to messaging > IM > If you don’t have a Nimbuzz account, you have create one, but if you already do then you can just use your old credentials. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks!

@Hasmik Thank for your question. Unfortunately, VoIP or the voice option it is not available for the TAP phone at this point, that is why you cannot make calls using your data plan. On the other hand, with our PC version you can call using NimbuzzOut. Rates start at $0.02 a minute, andif you call Nimbuzz to Nimbuzz is free. Let me know if you have any more questions.

@Ashley I contacted T- Mobile and they recommend that you contact them, because in order to trobleshoot the device which means they might be able to embed the IM feature for you! Make sure to have the phone with you when you call them.

Hey so i don’t have the IM feature also in my messaging folder. my tmobile tap is pretty much brand new (bought in mid april)

also I have downloaded nimbuzz on my phone, and recently updated. It has trouble getting past the network portion (do i need to input an ip address to my phone to have it connect, or should it automatically connect to the internet with my data plan…?)

it also says: “the data could not be saved to the settings storage due to insufficient storage memory”

what should i do.

@Ashley @Winston Hey guys, Im sorry you haven’t been able to find Nimbuzz on your TAP phone. Last week I spoke with a representative over at T-Mobile about this, and she explained to me that some TAP phones (even if they are new) are running a different a software version, that is why in some of them, the IM option is not available. The good news is that if you contact T-Mobile, they might be able to help installing Nimbuzz on your phone by rebooting your device. They only need you to have your TAP phone available whenever you contact them. You can contact them on the phone or by chat on their page. I hope this helps. I use T-mobile Tap too. and there is nimbuzz in my phone but cant use skype cause when i use my skype by mobile i can not see my contacts list all it shows only some of them i cant call them whats the matter? As i see t-mobile Tap doesnt have that option to call someone but what can i do to see all my contacts?

@:) Unfortunately, we don’t have the voice feature for the T-Mobile TAP phone available yet. That is why you are not able to make calls using Nimbuzz on this particular phone. Thanks for your feedback and let me know if you have any more questions.

I had to replace my Tap about a week ago and found that my new one came w/o the Nimbuzz app. Instead they had something that was called social networks which kinda takes the place of Nimbuzz. But it only connects to Myspace, Twitter and Facebook. I downloaded Nimbuzz to my phone and it works great, although i had to find the right model to use, since t mobile tap was not listed. I have yet to have any issues with the service and have not even tried to use Skype. But in the possibility that i might want to, will T-mobile be allowing that feature to work sometime soon? or is it a no go

@Tiffani thanks for sharing your experience with us. Can you please let @Ashley know which mode you used, so maybe other people who have the Tap but can’t find Nimbuzz can follow your steps. Regarding your question. On the Tap phone you can chat with your friends from Skype, but cannot make calls over the internet yet. It is more of a technical limitation inside the phone than a T -Mobile problem. Hopefully, that’s something that we’ll be able to figure out soon, and we’ll make sure to let you all know.

I have a TMobile Tap and I don’t have the IM tab option when I click on messaging. Is there something wrong with my tap? My mom has the same one and hers does not have it either.

@Dalia sometimes is the model or version of the software you are running. Have you tried to download Nimbuzz from the website on your Tap phone?
